Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using 6point4, you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who we are
6point4 is a product of Inat Labs, operated by Gangadhar Chidanand Ittangi (sole proprietor). "We", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Inat Labs. You can reach us at hello@6point4.io.
What 6point4 is — and is not
6point4 is an AI companion that helps you think through a decision or sit with something heavy. You are talking to an AI, not a person. It is not therapy, counseling, or a medical, legal, or financial service, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Responses are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment before acting on anything it says.
If you are in crisis
6point4 is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text
988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to
741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use 6point4, and the information you give us at sign-up — including your age — must be accurate. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use 6point4 for your own personal reflection. Do not use it to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to access another person's data, or to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its usage limits.
Plans, billing and cancellation
6point4 is currently free. Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, the following applies.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Monthly plans renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Annual plans are a single payment for twelve months and do not renew automatically. You can cancel a monthly plan anytime in Settings; cancelling stops all future charges.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations. When you reach it, you can continue the following month. Limits keep the service sustainable and may change over time.
Your data
How we handle your information is described in our
Privacy Policy. In short: your conversation words are deleted once a short summary has been made, training use is off unless you turn it on, and you can delete your account and data anytime in Settings.
Our content and yours
The 6point4 name, design, prompts, and software belong to Inat Labs and may not be copied or resold. What you write stays yours; by using the service you allow us to process it to provide 6point4 to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending your access
You can stop using 6point4 and delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if the law requires it. Limited records may be kept where the law requires it.
No warranties and limits on liability
6point4 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use 6point4 after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not take away any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.
Notice for California users
Under California Civil Code § 1789.3: this service is provided by Inat Labs (hello@6point4.io, 101 Cauvery, Ashram Road, Anand Nagar, Vijayapura, Karnataka 586103, India). Current charges are shown in the app before any purchase; 6point4 is currently free.
To resolve a complaint, contact us first. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
