How we handle your data.

Plain language. The shape of what you carried — not your words. Last updated October 7, 2026.

Who we are

6point4 is a product of Inat Labs, operated by Gangadhar Chidanand Ittangi (sole proprietor). Inat Labs is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@6point4.io.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address and sign-in details.
  • Onboarding: your age, optional gender, life stage, what feels heavy, and anything else you choose to share.
  • Corner Memory: short summaries of past sessions (what you were carrying, decided and watching), a numeric embedding of those summaries, and short derived observations — what a hard decision seemed to be protecting, or which values keep showing up.
  • Feedback: thumbs up or down on responses, and any comment you add.
  • Product analytics: which screens and features are used. We switch off automatic click capture and session recording, and strip device, browser and referrer details.
  • Technical logs: like any website, our hosting and sign-in providers briefly process your IP address and browser type to keep the service secure and working.

What we do NOT collect or keep

Your conversation words are kept only for the session. They are deleted from our database once a Corner Memory summary has been made. We do not build a device fingerprint, we do not use your IP address or location to track or profile you, and we do not record your screen.

How Corner Memory works

After a session ends, a model writes a short summary of what you were carrying, what you decided, and what you wanted to watch. That summary — patterns, not words — is what future sessions remember, so 6point4 knows you a little better each time and eases off things you have already worked through. It is scoped to your account and never shared with other users.

How we use your information

To run 6point4 for you: to respond to you, remember context between sessions, keep your account secure, enforce usage limits, send essential account emails, and understand which parts of the product help. If — and only if — you turn on "Help improve 6point4", anonymized pattern summaries (never your words) may also be used to improve our models.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers who process data only on our instructions:

  • Anthropic — generates the AI responses and session summaries.
  • Voyage AI — turns summaries into embeddings for Corner Memory.
  • Supabase — database and sign-in.
  • Vercel — hosting.
  • PostHog — product analytics, without device fingerprinting.
  • Resend — account emails.
  • Our payment provider — only once paid plans launch.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never have.

Consumer health data

What you share about how you feel can be health-related. We collect it only to provide 6point4 to you, we never sell it, and we use it for model improvement only with your opt-in consent, which you can withdraw anytime in Settings. Our full Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada law.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don't track you across other websites, and we don't let any third party collect information about your activity across sites through 6point4. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we turn product analytics off for your visits entirely.

How long we keep it

Conversation words: until the session summary is made. Summaries, onboarding answers and feedback: until you delete your account. When you delete your account in Settings, your account and everything stored in our database is deleted immediately. Analytics records tied to your account are deleted from our analytics provider within 30 days. Database backups roll off within our provider's backup window (about 7 days). Security logs kept by our hosting and sign-in providers expire on their own schedules.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can limit how sensitive information is used. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states under their own privacy laws. We will never treat you differently for using them.

Delete your account and data anytime in Settings. For anything else, email hello@6point4.io from your account email. We respond within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

Adults only

6point4 is only for people 18 and older. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has an account, email hello@6point4.io and we will delete it.

Where your data is processed

Our service providers process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Inat Labs is based in India. We use providers that protect data with industry-standard security, including encryption in transit.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app or by email.
