Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to consumer health data of residents of Washington and Nevada, and we apply it to everyone. Last updated October 7, 2026.
Who we are

Consumer health data we collect
- What you choose to share about your feelings, mood, stress, wellbeing and what is weighing on you, during conversations.
- Short session summaries and derived observations (Corner Memory) that may reflect your emotional state or wellbeing.
- Your age, given at sign-up.
Why we collect it and how we use it
Only to provide the service you ask for: responding to you and remembering context between your conversations. We use it to improve our models only if you opt in ("Help improve 6point4" in Settings), and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Directly from you.
Consumer health data we share, and with whom
We never sell consumer health data. We do not share it with third parties. It is processed only by service providers acting on our instructions to run the service:
- Anthropic (generating responses and summaries)
- Voyage AI (creating embeddings of summaries)
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Vercel (application hosting)
- PostHog (product analytics — receives only your age range and life stage)
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and access it — including a list of every third party and affiliate it has been shared with and how to contact them.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have your consumer health data deleted: from our database immediately, from backups as they roll off (about 7 days), from our analytics provider within 30 days, and from our other service providers under their own retention schedules.
- Appeal our decision if we decline a request.
How to use your rights
Delete your account from Settings — your account and everything in our database is removed immediately, and the rest follows on the timeline above. For any other request, email hello@6point4.io from the email address on your account. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, reply to our decision to appeal and we will review it and tell you the outcome in writing; Washington residents may also contact the Washington State Attorney General.
